We only allow qualified ADA service animals.

How late can I check in?

Self check-in is available 24/7. You will be sent your door passcode before arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation until 7 days before Check-in Date. Your card on file will be charged 7 days before. If you book within 7 days of your reservation, your card will be charged immediately and is non-refundable.

What are your billing practices?

A pre-authorization for 100% of your stay is made on your card at the time of booking. 14 days before check-in we will charge 50% to your card and the remaining 50% 7 days before check-in to tie our charges in with our cancellation policy.

Do you offer any breakfast or food?

Unfortunately, we don't. However, there are many places via walking distance nearby.

What is the provisions fee?

We charge $30 per reservation to cover the one-time variable costs for provisions and supplies such as coffee, bathroom supplies, cleaning, etc. This is our version of resort or hotel fees commonly seen at other establishments.

Is there a gym or fitness center?

We don't have a gym or fitness center. However, there are many facilities nearby.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer 10% off on weekly rates and 30% off monthly rates. These prices are automatically reflected in the listed price when you search the calendar for the weekly or monthly stay.

Is parking available?

Free surface parking directly in front of the rooms are available

Are there any laundry facilities available?

Unfortunately we don't have any laundry facilities on site. However there are many coin-operated facilities nearby.
